The inaugural TEDxED in Warsaw (and in Poland! yay!) focused on exploring unusual methods, ways and approaches towards teching, learning and functioning educational system as a whole. Four live speakers talked about economical education, applied drama helping build great lessons, mathematical intuition and creative process. We also showed a handful of TED Talks including visions of Sugata Mitra, Gever Tulley and Geoff Mulgan. We also outlined some important trends that will (and should) influence the future of education, like 3D printing and importance of making socially benefitting work in NGOs attractive to best people entering labour market. Our great Attandees were mainly people related to education: teachers and organizers of education, parents, activists.

  • Agnieszka Buśk

    Agnieszka Buśk is passionate about drama and many other interactive educational methods. For the last 9 years she has been active in formal and informal education, teaching kids and adults, parents and teachers alike. She leads her students through specially designed fiction worlds, to enable them to discover new strategies for action and creative problem solving.

  • Dominika Maison

    Marketing researcher having experience in majority of marketing research areas e.g., motivational researches, brand research, new product idea development, concept development, communication research, consumer attitudes studies) and methods (qualitative and quantitative). The biggest area of interests and expertise is motivational research concerned on researching conscious and unconscious motivations and barriers of consumer attitudes and behaviors. Warsaw University professor, PhD, working also in USA, Belgium, Italy and Indonesia. Author of several books.
