We see this lightning pace of change around us in our everyday lives, often in ways we never could have expected and coming from places we never before considered. As humans, we are hardwired to cling to the familiar. But yet at the same time, our minds are also equipped to make us great problem solvers, agents of innovation, and visionary leaders. We can thrive in this world of change, but to truly embrace it, we must be ready to change ourselves, in the ways we think and the ways in which we do business.
