In honor of International Women’s Day - Saturday, March 8, 2014 - Forest Ridge School of the Sacred Heart Presents TEDxForestRidgeSchool 2014: Passion for Change. As Margaret Mead said, "Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed, citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has.” We believe that women will continue to be strong, successful, compassionate agents of change in our world - today and long into the future. The speakers we have chosen represent those who have a passion for change in the Puget Sound region: people who push for change in myriad ways, always with the goal of changing our world for the better. Our goal is to celebrate their passion and inspire our young women of the Sacred Heart to pursue their own passion for change and to make the world a better place for it.
