Veena Pureswaran
Veena Pureswaran is a researcher with IBM's Institute for Business Value where she is responsible for studying emerging technologies and their economic impact. Veena's experience includes next generation product design and development and she holds 4 technology patents. Most recently, she led a global team of researchers to analyze how 3D Printing will transform the way products will be designed, made and sold in the future. In her free time, Veena enjoys music, photography, travelling and the outdoors.
Kate Lancaster
Nuclear fusion may one day play a key role in solving our energy problems. It’s been a long time coming because of some very tough scientific problems. Most have been solved and an experimental reactor is being set up. Kate, who at 14 wondered whether to be a dancer or a scientist, is in the thick of these developments.
