In today's interconnected world, keeping our personal data private can seem nearly impossible. We're often forced to give away our personal data in order to get the services we desire, especially when it comes to e-commerce. "We make the trade of online privacy for convenience," says data privacy enthusiast Derek Banta. He wants us to look at our privacy online differently. If our house was broken into, we would do something to prevent it from happening again -- so why don't we do the same with a digital break-in? Banta proposes an idea to end the cycle of compromised data and reclaim our privacy.
