Some define leadership as seeing where the marching band is going and running ahead to be their conductor. But I refer to Treebeard (Lord of the Rings) who said to the little hobbits, "We must not be hasty. I have become too hot. I must cool myself and think; for it is easier to shout stop! than to do it.”
