About Anne
Bio
I am deeply energized by helping people realize their full potential as leaders and changemakers. I'm an author, entrepreneur, leadership adviser, host of the TED podcast Fixable, and Founder of The Leadership Consortium (TLC), a leadership accelerator that works to prepare emerging leaders for senior leadership.
I began my career in global health and spent the last twenty years building and leading mission-driven enterprises. As part of this work, I served as Founder and CEO of GenePeeks, a computational genomics company developing breakthrough ways to reduce disease risk. My collaborators have ranged from early-stage tech founders to public sector leaders working to build national competitiveness.
I'm the author of Uncommon Service, Unleashed, and Move Fast and Fix Things. I recently launched Fixable, a leadership advice podcast, with my co-author and wife, Harvard Business School professor Frances Frei. We’re now working on our next book, The Exponential Leader, which will be out next year.
