Keia Cole is the Head of Customer and Advisor Experience at MassMutual, focused on the company's digital transformation efforts across brand, web, mobile, data science, and internal startup initiatives, including Haven Life. Keia is an Obama administration alum (Department of Education), recovering litigator (Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz), and former investment banker (Morgan Stanley). An Atlanta native, Keia has spent time in New England (Harvard undergrad) and the Bay Area (Stanford JD/MBA) before settling in Brooklyn, NY.
