Robert Quarterman

I was born in small town Canada and evolved into a geoscientist and mining entrepreneur through a love of the outdoors Corporately I built two companies, Silver Standard and Pretivm Resources and now working with Dakota Gold. Gold has unique properties as a noble element and is used in our daily lives from cell phones to cloud servers to quantum AI computers. I am retired on 60 acres with my organic garden and saw mill near Vancouver to keep me busy. Philanthropically, I am the founder of ARC Foundation that delivers SOGI 123 resources to teachers; I established SOGI UBC at UBC; Quartermain Earth Science Center and Geology Scholarships at UNB; Director of Panthera focused on large cat habitants; Director or IOTA - Indian Ocean Tortoise Alliance; and an Honorary Colonel in the RCAF.

Our environment, biodiversity, and discovery through travel.
