Raised in Huntsville, Alabama with an eager passion for the great outdoors, traveling, and listening to new ways to understand people, I am pursuing an undergraduates degree at the University of Alabama in Huntsville in Economics and Information Systems.

I am passionate about how people interpret technology and the roles that we play in shaping our ever-growing global landscape through economics and the way that our information is being stored, used, and dispersed and the effect that has on people.

I was introduced to TED in middle school through a teacher back in late 2010. I was instantly fascinated with the speakers and their broad topics and how so many of them were individual people that aren't known in the mainstream outside of their niche topics but are effectively and collectively brought under the same umbrella to teach and share their passionate ideas to the mainstream audience that is TED. Now I am honored to be a part of the TEDxVoyagerWay team and am beyond happy to be a part of the community.
