I'm passionate about
Find your purpose. Live if fully. Don't compromise for one moment. Both you and the world will be a better place for it.
An idea worth spreading
Forget life/work balance. Instead, take the time to define your value set and then learn how to life against it. Is there something big you're seeking to achieve in the world right now? Fine, go after it. Does this mean you need to make sacrifices in other parts of life? That's ok too, just be sure you make them consciously and communicate them clearly to those around you. Here is a simple framework to get you started. If you had to take these nine values, in what order would you rank them? Emotion - Connect - Fitness - Security - Achievement - Purpose - Pleasure - Talent - Wonder
Areas of expertise

The TED story
I have been a long-time fan of TED attending an event in NYC before the videos were hosted online and an avid watcher of TED talks ever since. My first time attending was in 2013, and it was beyond expectations for both personal and professional inspiration. I love how TED has help to spread ideas to people from all walks of life about what is possible in this beautiful world we inhabit.
Things you might not know
Hmmm, this is a tough one as I try to live as a fairly open book. One thing people probably don't know that I'm not good at is keeping a tidy room due to far too many trips back to back.
