Engineer, Student

I currently work as an engineer for the Boeing Company on NASA's Space Launch System rocket while also studying Physics at the University of Alabama in Huntsville with the goal of earning a PhD in the subject. My ultimate career goal is to teach Physics at the secondary or post-secondary level. Although my career and dominant interests lie within the realm of Science and Technology, I enjoy learning about almost any topic, and try to take every opportunity that I am afforded to forge interdisciplinary connections. In my opinion, interdisciplinary collaboration is a powerful vehicle for innovation, and if leveraged, it has the possibility to change our world. My personality motivates me to seek and create interpersonal harmony in my environment. Therefore, my deepest passion has always been to study conflicts in human perspectives, beliefs, and ideas, and do whatever I can to reconcile those conflicts in a constructive and harmonious manner.
