Shadab returned to Bangladesh after nearly three decades of studying and working across the globe, ultimately returning to his roots to set up Tradeshi.net, an entity that promoted Bangladesh products and services to foreign markets, with a focus of accessing untapped markets. Shadab left sunny Sydney, Australia, behind to put Bangladeshi entrepreneurs and vendors on the map, particularly in area product design and technology UX/UI. Shadab's area of expertise as TEDxBaileyRoad organising committee member lies in Business Development, Sponsor Strategy Development and Digital Marketing Shadab grew up in countries with significant political and social turmoil as his father was posted by the United Nations to countries like Afghanistan, Sudan, Turkey, etc. From first-hand experience of mortar & missile attacks close to his home in Kabul as a child, to growing up as a teen in conservative Khartoum, Sudan, a country suffering acutely at that time from US-backed economic sanctions, Shadab has seen the global arena dynamics drastically oscillate between two points.
