Robyn Donahue has more than 25 years of experience in the outsourcing industry, having held key positions in operations, sales and executive management throughout her career. She founded IntelliSource, a business process outsourcing company in 1999 and currently serves as CEO allowing her to bring her entrepreneurial spirit, business expertise and experience to multiple Fortune 50 and 100 businesses. IntelliSource is a national strategic resources company that employs thousands and empowers their clients to realize their full business potential by providing people, solutions, process and technology without compromising company culture or brand reputation. She is also co-founder of My Ride to Work, an employee transportation management company based in Reno, Nevada. My Ride to Work partners with Fortune 100 companies providing safe, reliable transportation to and from work, leveraging transportation as a recruiting and retention tool. Robyn is also an accomplished leadership development coach and mentor working across multiple industries addressing a diversity of management challenges and opportunities. She has also served in numerous board roles in the not for profit community including her most recent as Board Chair for The Bridge Project, a 20+ year partnership between the University of Denver, Denver Housing Authority and the business community. The Bridge Project serves Denver’s youth in low income neighborhoods by providing a path to graduation and self-sufficiency. Robyn graduated with a BSBA from the University of Denver Business School and encourages everyone on her team to keep learning. Her philosophy across all life disciplines is “Growth is and inside out job”. Robyn has two sons; family and community are a big part of her everyday life.
