I'm the founder & CEO of Speaking Your Brand, a global coaching & training company that helps women entrepreneurs and executives create their signature talks (business presentations, keynotes, webinars, TEDx talks) and develop their thought leadership platforms.
I'm host of the weekly Speaking Your Brand podcast (350 episodes and counting).
During election seasons, I serve as a Democratic political analyst on TV news.
My company is currently building generative AI tools to use to maintain our brand voice, enhance our clients’ experience, and amplify women’s voices.
Prior to Speaking Your Brand, I founded two software companies that worked with Fortune 500 companies, startups, and political candidates and organizations.
I have a Master’s degree in history from Emory University and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Florida.

The TED story
I was the speaking coach for Tammy Lally, a TEDxOrlando speaker in 2017 who TED selected for their home page and whose talk on money shame now has over 2 million views. Seeing how vulnerable and real Tammy allowed herself to be inspired me (and many others). I witnessed the power of taking a personal story and universalizing it.
