I work as an operator for an innovative incubator, named Beeplus (like Wework. USA).Beeplus Technology is a company which utilizes the Internet and innovative technology to help upgrade traditional real estate companies and industrial parks, providing a brand new experiential space for business people, white-collar workers and young entrepreneurs.

1. Smart city. Presented by an academician of Chinese Academy of science which is the top science research institution. Smart city is the hot topic nowadays which would benefits both society and economic in the future. 2. The protection of intangible culture heritage. The topic is about Shatoujiao Fish-Lantern Dance. We think it is very important to talk about why and how to protect intangible culture heritage in Shenzhen. Because Shenzheng stands for China’s future and has radiation effect on significant ideas. 3. Wechat small programs. The technological development director of Tencent will give us a presentation about how small programs will change user habit and he will discuss the trend of social media. Wechat is the biggest social media with 1 billion active users around the world yet with much headroom for growth. We suppose that the presentation and discussion are important to many areas, including media and mobile apps.

I started watching TEDx videos since I was in high school. Some new ideas and knowledge given by TEDx have changed me in many ways. For example, my character and decisions about my life. I have been involved in the planning and execution of 2 TEDx activities, so I have much experience about how to organize a good event that can inspire more people to think about our world from multiple perspectives.

I have the every intention to hone my academic and leadership preparation and skills so that I can translate "corporate citizenship" into solid actions.
