Bio
Corey Hajim is a freelance writer and editor. She spent seven-years as TED Conference's business curator, working with CEOs, economists, entrepreneurs, academics, and award-winning authors to develop and deliver ideas to a global audience of millions. She was a contributing editor of the TED Business podcast and conducted interviews both online and onstage. Prior to TED, Hajim spent a decade in finance, in asset management and then as an analyst and portfolio manager at a hedge fund based in New York. She also spent three years as a reporter at Fortune Magazine and her early career working in marketing, project management, and research. She is a graduate of the University of Vermont and earned her MBA at Harvard Business School.
Hajim lives in New York City with her husband, three kids, two cats and about a million Lego pieces. Her interests include eating hot food while sitting down, sleeping without interruption and reading books in a cozy chair. Also travel, dance and writing letters.
