Bio
I asked Gemini to help me write a short bio for the upcoming TED Conference and here is a (minimally) edited version of what they had to say:
Anish spends his days at the fascinating, often messy intersection of medicine, law, and social justice. As the inaugural Program Director for the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship at Riverside University Health System , he is essentially the "guide" for the next generation of doctors learning to decode the teenage brain. With a resume that boasts more degrees than a thermometer—including a Master of Legal Studies —Anish is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association who isn't afraid to tackle the "big" questions. Whether he’s dissecting the neurobiology of adolescent decision-making , testifying on the pediatric mental health crisis in D.C. , or analyzing the psychiatric profile of Kylo Ren , he is on a mission to ensure that in a world of digital noise and climate anxiety, the kids—and the systems meant to raise them—actually have a fighting chance. He firmly believes that while the "kids aren't alright" just yet, a mix of science, policy, and genuine empathy can change the narrative.
Now is that sycophantic? Is it overly flattering? Is it just helping a shy guy who usually avoids talking about himself, succinctly highlight his professional attributes? Let’s talk.
