I lead the team that develops Google's advertising products. Previously I led the product team for Google's commerce products (shopping and consumer payments). Earlier in my career I wrote a lot of code, mostly large business applications of various sorts, and some pretty interesting security software.

Building great products, the environment, wilderness preservation, trail running, hand-built bicycles, wine, jazz and electronic music, great design, and pretty much anything I can put together or take apart myself.
