Cesar Maldonado

Im a proud Mexican living in the border with US. I was born in a small town in the southern part of the Big State "Chihuahua" called San Francisco del Oro. I loved my childhood over there. Then I moved to the Capitol of the World, Hidalgo del Parral, to study high school and from there, I went to study my bachelor Degree in Chihuahua. Now I found a unique and amazing place to live and work: Ciudad Juarez. I am part of an amazing natural family and I am sure that I have made the best not natural family, my friends.

Help other to help themselves through generating the attitudes and behaviors that changes performance and promotes a collaborative environment... and traveling! lol

In recent years there was a boom in the business environment about engaging and retaining the so-called Millenial Generation. But have you ever thought about us handling boomers or gen x? Well, my idea is how us millenials can connect and work with older generations.
