Bio
Scott is CEO and Co-Founder of Verdant Frontiers whose mission is to create large-scale businesses in Africa in order to create life-changing jobs and compelling investor returns. . Since 2013, Scott has led the development of more than ten ventures in Africa across multiple industries including healthcare, construction services, hospitality, agribusiness and real estate. Today, Verdant develops high security housing for the US & UK government in Africa, has a portfolio of orchards to create thousands of jobs and millions of cartons of exported food and invests in fintech ventures offering financial inclusion to millions of Africans.
Prior to those ventures, Scott co-founded and worked in various leadership roles with companies in the software and media industries. Most notably, Scott served as the Chief Operating Officer of RMM Online, the co-founder of MediaEngine and a Partner at Duration Software.
