The TED story
The first video that I recall seeing happened during a YouTube surfing session, it was about the creator of a meditation app, he talked about how mindfulness can help improve your life, about giving up only 10 minutes of your day to make some headspace. I downloaded the app and it inspired me to find a deeper meaning to life, a spiritual journey that started with practicing meditation.
