Alecia Gatlin

Hi! My name is Alecia (with an "e") and I work at Airbnb's Portland office on our Premium Support Team. I provide support for our global Superhost community and resolve active, urgent issues that come up so we can get your vacation back on track. I'm the founder and global POC for Able@, an employee resource group for employees with any and all disabilities. Having been diagnosed with severe Rheumatoid Arthritis in 2012, this group sprung out of a passion for raising awareness of this disease as well as other invisible disabilities and chronic pain disorders. When not in the office, I draw and publish comics, daydream of driving out to the beach to have a bonfire, and watch my acting degree gather dust.
