After an education in graphism, communication and web, I started working as a web communication manager in a small agency. I am really passionate about managing. I had the chance to manage an apprentice for a year and it was a really rewarding experience to see her glad to learn, improve and becoming autonomous. This experience, in addition to my desire to create, made me start my own agency, Canefora, between Lake Annecy and Lyon. My objective is to make the compagny grow in order to manage passionate and motivated people. Happiness at work is one of my major concerns because I believe that happy coworkers will give the best for our clients.

TED Talks were my university english teacher's favorite videos! I continue to watch TED Talks with my breakfast almost every morning! I integrated the #TEDxAnnecy organization to reinforce the communication team. Building the website, creating, animating and managing our social community. This first edition was really exciting, I can't wait to start organizing the second edition and help spread the ideas of our great speakers!
