Bio
Born behind “The Wall” in East Berlin I learnt early that the environment can open or restrict personal leadership. But I also learnt that there are always ways to create independence. As a small child I could only dream of the freedom I have today. My childhood experience, and German history itself, has given me many opportunities to reflect about leadership, authority, power and it's violation.
That's why I am passionate to engage to change leadership. I help organizations and individuals to create a judgment free zone where they can unleash their full potential to get actual results.
