I am a people-person as well as a lifelong learner with firm growth mindset and many titles, like 13 years educator, business founder, TED loyal fan since 2005, AIESECer, vlogger, public speaker, personal growth coach, designer, animal lover, who truly believe in "Sweet Spot" and continuously searching for that status in life to make the most of it. Also, I am a founder of an educational institution that mainly focus on training academic English including IELTS, KET and relevant international academic English examinations. Also, training students to do English oral presentations to express their own unique ideas about the world and critical thinking skill. Our teaching materials thoroughly concentrate on classic and updated non-fiction ones from TED talks, National Geographic, Discovery channel, BBC and all inspiring documentaries as well as talks that worth spreading, in order to enrich students’ ideas and expand their vision. My goal for training academic English learning is relatively different from others. I am a firm believer for the following vision. “见天地，见众生，见自己”, in English it means “Meet the world, Meet the people, Meet your true self.” English is just a tool and by learning it through the finest non-fiction resources to think, do and become who you truly are instead of learning English for exams. Learning English for exams without any own ideas this way is too shallow. As a TED loyal fan for 17 years since I was a college student in Brisbane Australia in 2005. I am deeply influenced and continuously nurtured by TED. What I learned from TED about brilliant ideas from brilliant people are the things the vast of Chinese students, especially students in my hometown Taiyuan, a third-tier inland Northern city in China, that truly lack of. Since I benefit a lot from TED talks and documentaries. I am keen on passing on my own experiences to design it in my education institution to benefit more students to meet the world, people then their true self. Find their own sweet spot by learning English this way. That is the meaning of life. Fortunately, this mission has been recognized and supported by many local parents and students. I wish more and more people could know our vision and benefit from it for the long run. So transforming reactive learning to active learning is my magic method by using psychology knowledge.

I am a public speaking fan that is why I could follow TED for more than 17 years since I was only 20 years old; I am a design fan, if I could choose next life, I want to be a designer; I like to learn psychology and philosophy to think in a deeper level and find the rules of everything, then come up with a wiser solution. I am a vlogger and passionate about sharing my self-made video to more people. Simply because I enjoy recording my life and my thoughts. Every step in my life, especially, the pain and personal growth moment or inspiring eureka moment that I all record it down and make them into videos to share online for those ones who could resonate with me. I love plants and growing plants and an animal lover.

As a die-hard fan of TED since 2005, 17 years follow and passion for it really makes me an unique person. Since my college time in Brisbane, i started to watch and listen TED talk, back then it had no subtitles or anything yet. Then TED became a part of my life, or should I say part of my identity. I learned so much from TED and truly want to spread TED’s vision to more people to benefit from it just like I did. So that is the reason I design oral presentation just like TED form in my teaching and every week we do oral presentation to share each other’s ideas and learn from each other. In 2017, I organized and sponsored TEDxYouth@TYWZ in Taiyuan No. 5 Middle School which is top three secondary school in our city. I use TED talks as my teaching materials, learning English while learn the brilliant ideas at the same time. This benefits a lot of my students. Becuase of TED, I find purpose of learning English as well as meaning for my life.

I have a great sense of design and aesthetics, always could easily find the beautiful things in life. As a people- person and problem-solver, I am good at customer services, never fail to capture what others' needs and also find the right solution to satisfy their individual needs. Connecting with people is so easy for me. I love plants and plant a lot of them. Also, know how to use plants to enlighten a new environment. My voice is so sweet and I could use my voice to bring joy and comfort to many people. Hiking is one of my favorite exercises to do. I really want to meet new people through hiking and exchang ideas.
