About Shir
Bio
I work for the Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Foundation, supporting the Foundation’s efforts to empower exceptional young people to enhance their leadership skills through an immersive personal and professional development journey through Israel.
I curated TEDxWhiteCity 2017, that was held in January 25 2017 in Tel Aviv with a crowd of over 1,600 people, and was on the speakers team for our inaugural TEDxWhiteCity in 2015.
Before joining the Foundation, I worked as a Political Affairs intern at the Permanent Mission of Israel to the United Nations in New York. I hold a degree in Government, Diplomacy and Strategy with a sub-specialization in Business Administration from the IDC Herzliya, and am a graduate of the Honors Track in Strategy and Decision Making Studies.
As part of my military service in the IDF Spokesperson's Unit, I worked with international and Israeli media, developed and implemented PR strategies, directed operational advocacy and trained senior staff officers prior to their encounters with press.
I'm passionate about
making a difference.
