A thought leader with global experience, Srini works to raise awareness and increase understanding on the importance of embracing diversity & value inclusion. He is a champion for each individual's uniqueness, values, skills, and contributions, promoting respect, personal achievement, and stewardship.
Srini has over 16 years of diverse HR experience in Fortune 500 corporations across Internet, IT in India, Singapore, Australia, Israel, UK, where he was instrumental in setting up Business Partnering, Employee Relations, L&D, Employee Engagement & Experience, Diversity & Inclusion and Corporate Social Responsibility.
When he’s not championing individuality and leadership, he actively shares his learnings with the students at several management institutions. Advisor at TEDxBangalore and Board Member at Connecting Dreams Foundation, Srini spreads his ideas for social welfare, entrepreneurship, equality & inclusion outside of Intuit a well. He along with few other industry thought leaders have been instrumental in mobilizing the Transgender community through Project Vayati, a powerful initiative that actively helped them with employment, skill development and confidence building.
