Bio
Katrina is the founder of Matter London Ltd, a communications consultancy based in London but working with clients across the globe. Her team has worked on projects for start ups, charities, retail brands, healthcare organisations, as well as for FTSE100 and Big Four organisations.
As an Australian with British citizenship, she’s currently residing in Vietnam while carrying on communications consultancy work in Qatar. She’s passionate about people, which has led her to over 70 countries across the world to explore and understand how different cultures and communities live and relate to each other.
Having been inspired by her time working with an artesan collective in La Paz, Bolivia, and her frustration, when coming back to London, about how fast fashion adversely affects the people who make the clothes, she’s now focussing her energy and creativity on building an ethical fashion business that benefits both the makers and the buyers.
She’s a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a member of the UK Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
