Born and raised in Uitenhage, Gerald has always been someone that looks for the better in others. One of his main life goals is to establish youth nationally in such a way that they can always find a way to make things work through applying their skills and knowledge. He worked in the automotive sector for eighteen years and has since started his own

The TED story
I have been inspired by so many talks and believe in the culture and goals of TED Talks.
Through being exposed to the TED arena, I have grown as an individual and as an ambassador. TED talks is a lifestyle, an opportunity to get to know yourself better as well as learn from various generations and cultures. Being part of the TedxPE group has given me the opportunity to get to know myself and others better.
