Amanda de Cadenet is not afraid to talk about what women are really thinking.At age 14-21 she hosted alive talk show in the UK but felt her place was behind the camera telling stories through photographs.She is known for her intimate portraits of people capturing her subjects true and unique self.Notably she is the youngest woman to shoot a Vogue cover.
De Cadenet has used her position to help draw attention to the plight of women and girls and has committed to representing women authentically through her work. In 2011 she launches 140Women a multi media company.
140Women will feature intimate on camera interviews with high profile and everyday women from the worlds of entertainment, fashion, business and politics, discussing everything from women's rights to health,relationships, spirituality, career and finances.140Women aims to motivate and inspire women globally and will partner with non-profits and support networks to provide practical resources , solutions and information.
