Bio
Rebekah originally hails from the US, where she graduated from SUNY a Buffalo with an B.A. in Literature and a minor in Spanish in 1997. She then completed her teaching degree at Long Island University in Brooklyn, NY.
She has since been teaching in international schools around the world, where she has presented in and supported the organization of numerous MUN conferences. She is an IB MYP and DP workshop leader and has run several educational workshops and spoken in professional development panel discussions on collaboration, innovation, and holistic approaches to education.
Her passions include adolescent pedagogy, language arts, and development of youth efficacy for social change.
