Lizette is a former tax partner of the Tax Compliance Group and country head of Business Tax Compliance of SGV, and a member of its Management and Operations Committees. She has had more than 20 years of experience in providing tax compliance services, tax due diligence reviews and tax audits of various clients in different industries. She also advises clients in areas of domestic tax compliance, tax structuring as well as tax planning. Her clients included those in the following industries: semiconductors, electronics, construction, consultancy services, call centers, telecommunications, general manufacturing, power generation and distribution, utilities, among others. She has a degree in Business Administration and Accountancy from the University of the Philippines, where she graduated summa cum laude. She took her MBA at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, graduated with distinction and was named a Palmer Scholar for having graduated in the top 5% of her class. She is a Certified Public Accountant,and placed 2nd in the May-June 1986 Philippine CPA Licensure Examination.
