Dr. Christopher A. Hubbard,

Christopher A. Hubbard, M.A., M.B.A, Ph.D. is an Assistant Professor in the School of Business and Nonprofit Management at North Park University, where he lectures regularly on the people side of business: resilience, creative problem solving, authenticity, critical thinking, self-goal setting, unlearning, and emotional intelligence. Beyond the classroom, he is the Managing Partner of W.DAWK & ASSOCIATES, a boutique organizational development consultancy based in Chicago. Over the last 15 years, his work has included notable professional experiences in collegiate athletics, faith-based organizations, higher education, and advisory board leadership that has led to travel to Canada, Mexico, Africa, Jamaica, United Kingdom, France, Belgium, Netherlands, China, South Korea, and throughout the United States. When he isn’t working, Christopher enjoys exploring local eateries and coffee shops throughout the city, exercising, playing Chess, staying active in his faith community, participating in the local chapter of his fraternity, Alpha Phi Alpha, listening to Pandora (Motown Sound + 90s R&B) and watching Netflix.
