I believe in the power of bringing people together to elevate ideas. As the producer of TEDx Neve Ativ, an event themed "To The Peak" set against the inspiring backdrop of Mount Hermon—my passion is creating spaces where vision meets execution.
Living and working in the Golan Heights, I draw constant inspiration from my community and the environment around me. With over two decades of experience in the public sector as a strategic consultant, instructional designer, and group moderator, my work is rooted in facilitating meaningful organizational processes. I focus on direct, practical strategies that help people, teams, and ideas reach their highest potential.
For me, professional growth and personal life are deeply intertwined. I am constantly fascinated by resilience, human connection, and the unexpected ways our daily experiences shape our leadership. I firmly believe that the everyday realities of life—including navigating the world as a mother of four—can serve as a powerful springboard for business, entrepreneurship, and creative success.
