Bio
Alan has a background in theatre and television and co-founded Purple Monster in 1995, a company that specialises in emotional engagement. He gave his first talk at TEDxLeamingtonSpa in 2015, entitled 'It's engagement you fool!' He lives in Leamington with his wife Jo and they have two children, Harry and Georgina. Alan is very involved in the development of Leamington and in particular, plans for a 'Creative Quarter'.
