I am a high school senior, full-stack developer, environmentalist, whitehat, independent pre-college consultant, amateur photographer.

I love to be an environmentalist, to protect ecosystem and rivers in my community. I am a member of environmentalist NGO called Green Hunan. In this NGO, I closely worked with technical support to build next generation open source technology that quantifies air pollutions.

FOSS. FOSS is standing for Free Open Source Software. However, in China, people have no idea what is open source software, and a large number of people are violating open source license. I have closely worked with open source organization called FOSSASIA, and I have a close experience of how to collaborate in a open source organization. Open source is not just about software development, but about sharing knowledge, and this idea spread to other areas, such as administration, education, etc. MIT open sourced their course under Creative Common license, and they believe that education should be available for everyone for free.

TED has inspired me to invent. It inspired me to build my drone and install a air pollution sensor on the drone. I was able to collect air pollution data on a large scale, and analyze them on cloud.

Sharing ideas. I love to share my own opinion with others. I do not have any stage fight, and I love to improvise when I am on stage.
