I'm passionate about

Well-being. Creating a world where all people respect all bodies.

An idea worth spreading

What if we taught our girls to be good to their bodies? How much time and mental energy can we free up for our future women if they embraced a broad definition of health and beauty, one that is not tied to a number on a scale, a specific size or shape. What if they made choices from a place of love, connected, and cared for their bodies in effortless, feel-good ways. Imagine what girls can accomplish when they aren't preoccupied with critical voices telling them to stay small and quiet.
