“Passion” for me comes from dreaming something new. I’m trying to become a Dreamer×Future Inventor. Wishing to make someone in the world smile with a new invention. Therefore, I am passionate about solving issues using Design×Technology×Creativity. Currently wanting to increase the resolution of my output. I am willing to study while getting involved with new people. I also enjoy translating as well. I had worked on simultaneous interpretations within my University for helping students from different countries. Currently, I am helping with the translation for TEDxGlobisU.

Fukushima is full with fascinating diverse ideas. The reason to this is because Fukushima is combined together by three quite different regions. These regions are regions that can be apart in mountain range, and are developing in the background of quite a different history. Facing the Pacific Ocean is Hama-Dori a thriving fishing industry, next is Naka-Dori in central province playing a political breakthrough, and last the Aizu region with nature and traditional industries. Fukushima consisting of these three various regions brings together excellent ideas of various and diverse sectors. Even after the terrible event which occured on March 11th of 2011, the Great East Japan Earthquake, many people gather together with excellent ideas to make Fukushima a better place.

To organize TEDx, I needed to know the behind the screen scenes within TEDx, and also it's fascinating and strong points. Therefore, I had participated in many TEDx events held in Japan. In details, I have participating as a staff member at TEDxUTokyo and TEDxKobe. From participating, I was able to see how "ideas worth spreading" needs a lot of hard effort. I was able to learn how the events were brought up and how people from various backgrounds worked together. Being involved in the even in Tokyo and Kobe, I was able to see how different TEDx can be in different places. I was able to see how it can give a strong impact towards the community. Also at TEDxKobe, from being able to be the one receiving the message as well, I had been fascinated by TEDx. I was able to think about how I can send out the fascination as well. After this 5 years ago, we hosted TEDxAizuwakamatsu. Hosting it has been such been a challenge than joining another TEDx. There were a number of obstacles however, because of the team member working together we were able to overcome the difficulties. The members who involved in TEDx are now part of other communities such as an NPO corporation for regional revitalization, some reconsidered the way of education and tourism in Aizuwakamatsu, and based on new ideas the organization has changed to an organization that changes society. When I first applied for the license of TEDx, I wrote that I would like to hold it once a year. However, the true purpose of TEDx was to expand the community. This was also the goal which was required for Aizuwakamatsu. TEDxAizuwakamatsu has ended as a one-time event, but we are still managing the community that has been triggered from TEDxAizuwakamatsu. Currently living in Tokyo, this year I will be helping out in TEDxGlobisU as a translator.
