Joined BCG Munich for the first time in 1997 as Recruiting & Marketing Coordinator. Returned to BCG Zurich in 2011 as Recruiting Director Switzerland, worked in BCG's Global External Relations team managing BCG's partnership with the World Economic Forum, TED and other global Seat at the Table initiatives (01/2012-06/2019). Currently working in the Global Events team, e.g. managing the annual TED@BCG events. Worked in different HR and Marketing functions at Siemens Headquarter and Siemens Real Estate as well as Head of Personal Development, Novartis' generica division Sandoz. Master's in Sociology, Ludwig-Maximilians-University, Munich.
