Some of the projects I have been involved with and am particularly proud of: * Started The Modern Women at MoMA * Part of the team that is launching Women's Leadership Center at Omega * Funded two films on women, written and directed by two women. Both have received critical acclaim. "Toe to Toe" and "W.A.R.; Women's Art Revolution".

Laughing...but smiling is a good start.

The idea of looking at how standards are established, and who is included and excluded in that evaluation: think that through a re-examination will discover a richer and more complex history. The idea of changing the model of leadership and the holding of power: I believe that the best leadership comes from a place of inner clarity and calm.

I heard about the TED Women's Conference early on, since Pat has been involved with our Women & Power Conferences at Omega for many years. I was delighted to hear that it was going to happen. This is particularly the case, since I have been a fan of TED conferences for a while, but have been disappointed in the lack of balance of women presenters and women in the audience. Excited to see how the conference goes in the TED format.
