Lindsay Clements

Daughter, sister, auntie, friend - these are a handful of the titles I am blessed to call mine! I studied to be a Phys Ed teacher, but fate had other plans. I am a proud employee of the Westpac Group, Australia's first company (and bank!). For the past 9 years I have been involved in all things culture, employee engagement and customer experience. Born in Canada, I went to boarding school in New Hampshire on an ice hockey scholarship and from the day I left for school I've been in awe of the opportunities and challenges this big ol'world presents.

Creating engaged teams, helping others understand their value and purpose, spending time with my family back home in Canada, getting outdoors in the fresh air.

Connectors and Integrators are as important to this world as the folks who command the attention of the spotlight.
