Rachel Cooperman

I'm a writer at heart and an editor and team leader by trade. I've worked in sports (let's talk running!) and nonprofits for most of my career, and I've also run the races (slower than the pros I interviewed). I'm currently in a role at an Enterprise company, which is a big change from my past nonprofit organizations, but some of the frustrations and solutions I need to implement are similar. I love having a digital CX team and mentoring my staff, but I'm also looking for inspiration and mentorship to take my career to the next level. With a recent promotion under my belt I'm energized to improve my team's support structure, content strategy and workflows, but I'm also thinking about where I want to go next. I'm never happy with status quo and am always looking for what I can do better or bring to the table to improve the conditions and collaborations around me.

Writing; content strategy; the environment; my kids and creating a healthy world for them; local food; sports; finding balance for myself and in the world around me--haven't perfected this one yet!

Is just beginning. I've been inspired by the talks for so many years, and I've finally taken the leap to commit this time for myself, away from my job and my kids, to give and get inspiration.

Eating--I'm small but mighty Listening--since I'm an extrovert, but I love to assess an issue and help to solve it by listening and learning.
