Blair Cobb

A passionate social intrapreneur, Blair Cobb is at her best when she's helping others unlock and amplify their potential for doing good. This passion propelled her to start BWC Consulting, LLC, a firm that empowers individuals and companies to create, refine, and execute philanthropic strategies unique to their core assets and beliefs. Blair has over 12 years of experience in the philanthropic space, ranging from the Fortune 500, non-profit, social enterprise, and private donor sectors. She got her start at AOL where she worked alongside CEO Tim Armstrong to establish what is now called the AOL Charitable Foundation. She most recently was a Director at Change.org, managing partnerships with lead socially responsible brands like Ben & Jerry’s and Seventh Generation. Her work has been recognized by the prestigious Aspen Institute, who named Blair a ‘First Movers’ fellow in 2012. Blair currently lives in Los Angeles with her husband adorable Labradoodle named Buckley.
