Bio

Salma is a young Algerian woman, graduated from National Computer Sciences Engineering School (ESI). Volunteering is her first passion. She has been involved in many social activities. As an engineering student, she was the founder and leader of “Trésor ESI” archiving project aiming to provide her classmates with ESI courses. She has held the position of President of the charitable organization “sourire à innocence”. She took part in the organization of International Women Day 2015, TEDx Ouargla 2016, Wadjihni Camp 2016 and Laroui Career Fair 2016. She is currently working on two projects. She is Digital Communications Manager of Tawjih, the first individual mentoring program in Algeria. She is also a communication coordinator in the Innovative Teachers' Academy project that provides training and mentoring for Algerian teachers on innovative teaching methods. She works on spreading positive ideas among Algerian youth about self-success and community development though her blog named Salma Share Blog.
