I am studying at the second year of management at Lazarski University. In the first year of college I got together with friends to make a TED event. We started, but unfortunately too many duties did not allow us to create an application well. At that time, I performed as a speaker at the event, university and national level. Me and two of my colleagues from the university talked about the changes in the market from the perspective of generation x, y and z. it was an amazing experience, very strengthened me mentally and I became more open. I am participating in initiatives such as the Erasmus Student Network. Yes, at the same time I was on the practice in PR. I promoted, and I've done events in one of Warsaw's clubs. I spied the preparations for a number of tenders. Before going to college I was involved in many initiatives dedicated to the memory of my late father. He was a legend of Polish Rock. I have been involved in the promotion of clothing brand "Bytom" as a model, and after that I was promoting concerts in my image. This year, I became involved in the issue of photo album with photographs of my father. I did not have funds to produce the album, so I led crowdfunding action. I was able to publicize the case throughout the country and collect 170% - 51000 zł in 30 days. The album has already been printed and is in many bookstores in Poland. The reward for supporting was the album, and with extra 70% of collected funds we produced a photographic exhibitions. One is at this time at the Centre of Contemporary Art in Torun. Next year, the exhibition will visit many Polish Art Gallery. In the meantime, I'm working as a waiter and bartender. My studies are paid, so I help my mother financially as I can.

Thanks to the people, among whom I turn I am fascinated with my life. At work, at school or at many eventech including TED events (not only TEDx, but also community meet-ups) I met many open and determined people. I noticed that not only running and sports in general can give me such pleasure, but also work. In the summer I absorb water sports like wake boarding. Sometimes I spend my entire vacation by the sea, it was great.

From my experience I can give you an ideas worth spreading. The first idea is democracy. These days, in Poland the new authority's policy is to totalitarian rule. We should talk about freedom, freedom of expression and free media. I'm afraid the situation that is taking place in my country. Another idea that comes to my mind is the self-development.On the example of my peers, I see that fewer and fewer people read, write or manually focuses on exercise, memory and brain. We should talk about it openly and look for interesting solutions that interested young people.

The first time I saw TED speech a few years ago. It was a speech about the easy and cheap to travel, was very interesting but ephemeral at that time for me. Then I had maybe 13 years old. Over the years, when I watched TED talks have drawn from them more and more. Finally, I learned to learn from them, look, read and explore the world. About a year ago I met a lively person, who was a volunteer on several occasions during the TEDx. He came up with the idea for TEDxLazarski at our university. I was excited by the idea, but Daniel went to study in another city and left me with a group of friends with this idea. We thought that we have to finish what instilled in us Daniel.
