We need more women and girls in every kind and level of leadership. When women and girls step fully into their strength and voice, our world gets better, healthier, more vibrant and joyful. We have to stop telling and showing women and girls they are broken, that something is wrong with them. Girls are already powerful, resilient, world-changing from birth - and we need to be pointing them to this within them from early on, instead of continually pointing to the areas they need to fix, make better or change. From this place of women and girls in full voice and leadership, we begin to solve the biggest problems in our society, and give women and girls - all living things, really - a more joyful life experience along the way.
