An idea worth spreading
I am a certified sound healer for chakra therapy - and I don't even believe in it. I'm a certified pet trainer - and I am allergic to cats and most dogs too. If you need a certified e-marketing strategist, a certified green living specialist, or a certified diet coach - I'm all those. Not because I worked hard, but because I spent a few hours on the computer and paid money on my credit card.
My TEDx talk in 2026 at TEDxMiramar is about - just because someone is certified, doesn't mean they are qualified.

The TED story
The first TED video I saw was Malcolm Gladwell - Spaghetti Sauce. It was for a college class. From there I was hooked and always thought, wouldn't it be neat to have a TEDx conference - bring the global brand to the little town of Eustis FL. So, that's what we did.
