Erika Gregory

Erika Gregory Erika is Director of N Square—a collaborative involving the Carnegie Corporation of New York, the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, William and Flora Hewlett Foundation, Skoll Global Threats Fund and Ploughshares Fund. She is responsible for building a network of innovators and influencers committed to reimagining ways to engage the public around the global dynamics of nuclear weapons threat and to solving some of today's most critical nuclear non-proliferation and security challenges. Part R&D lab, part venture fund, N Square brings a cross-disciplinary, collaborative approach that reflects Erika's 20+ years of experience building companies and leading innovation programs for clients in philanthropy, education, government and the private sector in the US, Asia, and Europe. Director of scenario communications at Global Business Network before its acquisition by Monitor, and a graduate of the Juilliard School of Drama, Erika has made her career working at the intersection of the arts, future studies, business, and social justice. She co-founded two companies: Collective Invention and The Idea Factory. Erika and her family are founders of the A Home for Juana project, a hands-on home building program for impoverished women in Guatemala—inspired by their children's wish to build a home for one particularly special woman and her young family.
