As an acclaimed communications coach, Reetika has conducted over 240 workshops across North India, training diverse organizations and schools. She has mentored and coached 29+ TED/TEDx speakers and serves as a TEDx Curator and TED-Ed Student Talks Facilitator. Reetika pioneered the TED-Ed initiative in her region, introducing groundbreaking learning methods and pedagogical innovation. As a TED-Ed Student Talks Facilitator, she successfully launched the program in her region and achieved milestones including: Rolling out 92 student networking events. Organizing 6 power-packed annual student conferences. Building a thriving online community of over 1,000 students. Onboarding 20+ student speakers globally. This initiative has established a strong foundation for empowering students and creating a new generation of thought leaders.
